Act as system owner for the eRoaming domain: architecture, interfaces, data flows, and operational dependencies., Own the end-to-end functional and technical view of OICP, OCPI, and their bridging layers., Work with Engineering Leads and Architects to drive system modernization and ensure scalability and security., Ensure technical decisions align with long-term platform architecture and compliant roadmap., Define and lead the OICP → OCPI transition plan, including partner readiness, API and system deprecation and risk mitigation., Manage the multi-year evolution roadmap for interoperability (OCPI 2.2.1 → 2.3 and beyond)., Own the operational KPIs: availability, latency, transaction success rate, and incident recurrence., Partner with QA, DevOps, and Operations to define monitoring, alerting, and prevention strategies., Lead post-incident reviews and ensure corrective actions feed back into product and engineering backlogs., Serve as the main interface for all eRoaming topics — internally and externally (CPOs, EMPs, OEMs)., Translate partner feedback, AFIR requirements, and industry developments into product and system evolution priorities., Support Sales and Partner Management in technical discussions and strategic customer engagements., Define domain-specific KPIs (uptime, throughput, adoption, error rate)., Partner with BI to create monitoring dashboards for internal and customer use., Continuously improve developer experience through better API documentation, sandbox environments, and integration support.
