Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of digital learning formats under the ISCC Academy portfolio, including live online trainings, webinars, e-learning modules, and hybrid workshops., Manage both synchronous and asynchronous training programs, ensuring smooth delivery, appropriate AV setup, and professional technical support for participants., Work closely with internal teams to further develop training offerings and align content with ISCC’s standards, guidelines, and stakeholder needs., Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), analyse course performance, participant feedback and learning metrics, and implement improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness., Ensure that all learning experiences are accessible, high-quality, and aligned with our educational and sustainability mission., Contribute to the creation of multimedia content using common editing tools, supporting in-house video production and e-learning content development., Update and maintain training materials, recordings, and course content across platforms (LMS, website, event tools)., Collect, analyse, and report on key metrics related to participation, learning outcomes, and user satisfaction to continuously optimize content and format quality., Ensure proper documentation and data handling across all systems and troubleshoot technical issues as needed., Collaborate with internal departments, trainers, and external stakeholders to align training schedules, manage resources, and coordinate communication., Ensure clear and professional communication with all participants before, during, and after events, managing expectations and feedback processes., Actively contribute to cross-team coordination and support the continuous improvement of the ISCC Academy’s training quality and learning culture.
