Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports Tanso’s growth objectives across brand, product, and demand generation., Refine positioning and messaging for our product, rooted in a deep understanding of the sustainability landscape and our buyer personas., Partner with Sales and Product to ensure marketing initiatives align with pipeline goals, product roadmap, and customer needs., Own marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting, optimizing channel mix., Drive lead generation through organic and paid channels — including SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, partnerships and events., Implement and iterate on multi-channel, full-funnel marketing campaigns that attract and convert qualified leads., Invest in automation and leverage AI workflows to maximize efficiency., Own marketing performance tracking and attribution — define KPIs, report on campaign success, and iterate based on data., Build a compelling and consistent brand presence across all digital and physical channels., Oversee all brand and creative initiatives, ensuring high quality and consistency across formats and teams., Own content strategy to establish Tanso as a thought leader in the sustainability and climate-tech space (whitepapers, reports, blogs, customer stories, etc.), Manage and grow our digital presence, including the website, newsletter, and social channels., Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team and network of external partners, Foster a culture of experimentation, ownership, and continuous learning within the team.
