Educates sales teams on MSA+ Business Model, Processes, and Value Proposition, Build up insights through frequent customer interactions to develop portfolio and market strategies, differentiated selling propositions, product messaging and success cases., Leads efforts to make the customer experience better, strengthen loyalty, build brand awareness, and support growth—using customer feedback to improve messaging and engagement., Focuses on customers in OGPC, Utilities, and General Industry to drive adoption of Portable Gas Detection and MSA+ Connected Services & Solutions (hardware, software, services, and subscription)., Supports regional trade shows, digital events, media planning, CSR activities, and industrial lobbying efforts to strengthen MSA's market presence., Conducts competitive research, industry trend monitoring, and Voice of Customer (VOC) studies to refine MSA's market positioning and identify opportunities and threats., Leads the adoption of HaaS/SaaS models, supporting the deployment of MSA+ Connected Services to drive recurring revenue growth and enhanced customer loyalty.
