Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for all open roles across all levels, from entry-level through to senior leadership., Define and continuously refine sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines using job boards, social media, direct search and employee referrals., Partner with hiring managers to write compelling job descriptions, set role requirements, and design structured, fair, and effective interview processes., Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire., Implementation of organizational culture elements to the Talent Acquisition process., Design, implement, and continuously improve a structured onboarding process that enables new employees to become effective and engaged as quickly as possible., Collaborate with People team Office Management, IT, and direct managers to ensure a seamless pre-boarding and first-day experience for every new hire., Develop onboarding content, guides, and learning pathways together with the people and culture team., Conduct regular check-ins with new hires during their first four months and gather feedback to drive ongoing process improvement., Track and report onboarding satisfaction scores and early attrition rates, acting on insights to reduce new-hire dropout.
