Cultivate strong, value-driven relationships with Advisory Board members., Facilitate structured engagement between Advisors and Sales Leads to support target account penetration., Translate advisor insights into go-to-market strategy recommendations and competitive positioning., Ensure HubSpot advisory accounts are accurate, up to date, and ready for reporting., Provide data-driven insights, reports, and executive-ready materials to support Sales Leadership and Advisory meetings., Maintain and enhance sales and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with solution design., Support rollout of sales playbooks, training, and enablement initiatives., Own and streamline the end-to-end contract lifecycle: workflows, approvals, governance, and compliance., Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Legal to accelerate deal closure and resolve blockers., Moderate weekly Sales–Legal syncs, track action items, and escalate issues where needed., Build and maintain a knowledge base of best practices, templates, and process guidance.
