Lead and scale mediaire’s international sales organization with a focus on performance, accountability, and sustainable growth., Define and execute our international go-to-market strategy in close alignment with company objectives., Own global sales KPIs and performance tracking (pipeline velocity, win rates, revenue growth, retention, etc.)., Develop structured sales processes tailored to complex, multi-stakeholder sales in regulated healthcare environments., Build strong relationships with strategic partners, enterprise customers, and radiology groups across target markets., Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine our positioning for AI in radiology and medical imaging workflows., Drive deal execution in key accounts while coaching and supporting the sales team on closing complex opportunities., Represent mediaire at relevant international conferences and industry events.
