Own and develop Prewave’s digital marketing strategy across paid media(search,social,display,retargeting), SEO, and website optimization, Design and execute scalable, growth-driven campaigns to generate B2B leads and meet pipeline, and MQL/SQL targets, Define and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring strong cost-efficiency, CAC, LTV, and overall ROIBuild and lead a structured experimentation roadmap(e.g. A/B testing, creative testing, landing page CRO), Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Operations to align campaigns with messaging, personas, funnel stages, and backend processes, Define KPIs and reporting structures, establish dashboards, implement marketing attribution models, and ensure scalable marketing operations processes and tooling, Drive SEO, organic traffic strategy, and website performance in collaboration with product and content teams, Manage and develop external agencies or freelancers where needed(SEM, creatives, CRO), Mentor a small but high-performing team while contributing hands-on as needed.
