Maintain and further develop the Entrix brand toolbox, including guidelines, templates, logos, imagery, and other key assets., Ensure consistent brand application across all channels, formats, and markets., Develop and update brand and strategy documentation to reflect evolving company market needs., Manage relationships with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and other brand-related service providers., Oversee production of printed materials, trade show booths, and other physical brand assets., Coordinate website projects in collaboration with external web agencies., Conduct brand training sessions and workshops for internal teams to strengthen brand understanding and usage., Work with departments (e.g., People, Sales, Product) to help them apply brand consistently., Provide guidance on what works best in terms of brand expression for different commercial and communication purposes., Act as a brand ambassador, helping teams see how the brand can support their work and enhance their impact., Ensure brand assets are easy to find, up-to-date, and practical for daily use., Continuously gather feedback on brand tools and processes to improve usability and adoption.
