Lead system engineering and integration of our solar solutions into customer vehicles (e.g. refrigerated trailers, vans, trucks, buses), defining system architectures and coordinating cross-functional engineering activities, Drive the technical execution and delivery of customer projects, ensuring both pilot and series solutions meet technical, operational, and commercial expectations, Act as the primary technical interface to OEM and Fleet customers, supporting them throughout the entire project lifecycle, Contribute to the development of new solar products, including feasibility studies, concept development, and requirements engineering, as well as the integration of key system components such as PV modules, charge controllers, and telematics, Develop wiring diagrams and system topologies and conduct D-FMEA analyses to identify and mitigate technical risks, Define and implement validation and testing strategies to ensure system performance and reliability, Driving technical alignment and standardization across multiple parallel projects or product lines, Identifying technical and commercial opportunities and initiating projects aligned with the company’s strategic goals, Managing technical communication and expectations at the executive level (internal and external stakeholders), Supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring within the project and engineering teams
