Act as a point of contact for employees and managers of the subsidiary, Kalo vor Ort GmbH, and provide them with advice and support on HR topics., Create employment contracts, contract amendments, terminations, references, and certificates for anniversaries, social benefits, or other proofs., Co-responsible for preparatory payroll accounting and active support for the annual financial statement, ensuring that all payroll-relevant documents, provisions, and notifications are submitted to controlling and tax advisors on time., Manage topics related to company pension schemes (BAV), administer contracts, and communicate with external service providers., Prepare data and create evaluations for HR controlling to ensure transparent HR processes., Participate in cross-departmental topics as part of the Shared Service Center within People & Culture Management., Actively support the further development of our HR tool Personio, contribute ideas, and help optimize HR processes.
