Identify opportunities for grant proposals and grant extensions., Collaborate with the Executive Board and team to design, draft, and submit grant applications., Act as the primary liaison with grant administrators., Monitor grant goals and deadlines., Plan and oversee the work required for submissions, reporting, and communication with funders and partners., Create reports on grant expenditures in collaboration with the finance department., Ensure alignment between project activities and grant objectives, timelines, and budgets., Regularly review grant implementation progress and report to the Board., Facilitate collaboration between members of the project team and the Foundation’s finance officer to ensure budget compliance., Ensure internal operations meet grant requirements and support the JDCRP’s mission., Research and identify potential funding sources (public and private), initiating contact where appropriate., Help build and maintain relationships with existing and future donors, funders, and partner organizations in coordination with the Executive Board., Prepare and organize relevant internal and external meetings with foundation entities, donors, and partner organizations., Provide updates to the Executive Board and relevant stakeholders., Maintain detailed records of donor interactions and transactions.
