Own the recruitment process end-to-end, from the first candidate touchpoint to onboarding on their first day., Design and run recruiting events (both online and offline) to strengthen our employer brand and build candidate engagement, manage the candidate journey by overseeing sourcing, interview processes, logistics and interviewer preparation., Provide data-driven insights by analysing results against historical and market benchmarks and recommending improvements to strengthen our recruiting initiatives., Maintain accurate systems by ensuring our applicant tracking system (Breezy) is always up to date., Drive candidate management and attraction activities and you will assist in the execution of passive and active candidate sourcing strategies to create and maintain a talent pipeline., Collaborate closely with the People & Organization team, actively contributing to strategic discussions, problem solving, and cross-functional projects.
