Actively contribute to increasing market share in the Point of Care (Blood Gas) business field., Deepen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers., Personally support a diverse customer base including laboratory communities, laboratory physicians, blood banks, dialysis centers, hospitals/university laboratories, decision-makers, and opinion leaders., Act as a liaison between users and the company through regular customer visits., Actively promote and sell all products within the area of responsibility., Provide consultation, training, and technical support to customers., Implement sales and marketing action plans., Organize equipment demonstrations (involving Key Account Managers for large projects)., Continue customer support after equipment presentation., Record and maintain market information in the CRM tool, including market trends, competitor information, and documentation of calls/visits., Organize local sales and training events in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager and Marketing., Support internal sales teams with customer-related data for quotes and orders., Monitor monthly sales per customer and material procurement for per-report-fee or package-deal customers., Initiate customer loyalty actions as needed., Provide telephone technical support for equipment failures and coordinate replacement installations if necessary.
