Climate & Company is seeking an Associate Agentic AI to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing agentic AI systems to address complex climate challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI models and systems.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into climate modeling and analysis.
• Evaluate and improve the performance of AI systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI/ML models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and relevant AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with agent-based modeling and reinforcement learning is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
