Chief Engineer (m/f/d) Business Unit Boeing

Starting April 1st, 2026

You coordinate directly with the Business Unit Manager.
You take overall technical responsibility for all projects within the Business Unit Boeing.
You own the system architecture and define the technical solution strategy.
You lead and coordinate interdisciplinary engineering teams.
You ensure compliance with all requirements regarding quality, cost, schedule, and risk.
You are responsible for requirements management, system design, integration, and verification & validation.
You prepare and lead technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR).
You collaborate closely with project management, customers, partners, and certification authorities.
You drive the continuous improvement of engineering processes, methods, and standards.

As the ideal candidate, you hold a master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
You have more than 10 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills.
You show a high level of decision-making ability and excellent communication skills.
You have experience in international projects; this is considered an advantage.
You communicate confidently in English, and you benefit from additional German language skills.
