About the role

As aClaims Agent Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring a fair, smooth, and customer-focused claims process on our platform. You support buyers and sellers in resolving issues related to products—primarily bicycles—by providing timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance.

Your expertise in cycling and/or endurance sports helps you better understand customer concerns, assess situations accurately, and find balanced solutions for all parties involved. Working closely with the Claims and Customer support teams, you contribute to continuously improving our processes and delivering a seamless user experience.

Your responsibilities

• Handle and resolvecustomer claims related to products sold on our platform, primarily bicycles

• Assess situations carefully and find fair, practical solutions for buyers and sellers

• Communicate with customers in a professional, empathetic, and clear manner

• Use yourproduct knowledge and sports expertise to better understand and evaluate claims

• Identify recurring issues and share insights to help improve claims processes and product features

About you

• Several years of professional experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, or Claims Handling

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• German or additional languages are a plus

• A strongservice mindset and genuine enjoyment in interacting with customers

•Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail

• The ability to remaincalm, flexible, and solution-oriented in challenging situations

• A structured and independent working style

• Confident use ofdigital tools and customer support systems, or the ability to quickly learn new tools

• A passion for cycling and/or other endurance or outdoor sports

• Basic product or technical knowledge of bicycles or sports equipment, with the curiosity to further expand your expertise
