Field Application Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for our company headquarters in Leverkusen… to support the implementation of new customer projects and to support existing customer installation as soon as possible a Field Application Engineer.

Your tasks:

• Support of new customers in the planning phase and, if necessary, on-site support during installation and commissioning.
• Adaptation of Enerthing solution modules to customer-specific requirements and support in the further development of the solution modules
• Data-based optimization of the customer experience with Enerthing solutions
• Support and further development of existing customers
• Support in the optimization of logistics processes

• Your strengths include a hands-on mentality and assertiveness
• You have professional experience, gladly also from other areas
• You have a technical education (ideally with IT knowledge)
• You have IT skills (e.g. Grafana, databases, MS Office, etc.)
