Mechanical or electrical engineering degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor field service
Strong electrical knowledge, including the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
Proven ability to apply systematic, step-by-step troubleshooting methodologies to diagnose root causes and implement effective solutions
Excellent knowledge of EHS guidelines and best practices with a safety-first mindset
Able to perform physical work on tools in a cleanroom environment
· Fluent in either English or German, with basic conversational proficiency in the other language. (Knowledge of Japanese or Chinese would be an advantage)
· Willingness to travel internationally for training and business purposes, including but not limited to Europe, Japan, and the United States.
· Valid driver's license for Europe
