Dein Ziel ist es, neue Marktpotenziale zu identifizieren, strategische Initiativen zu priorisieren und gemeinsam mit internen Teams und externen Partnern erfolgreich umzusetzen. Dabei orchestrierst Du kanalübergreifende Wachstumsmaßnahmen und übersetzt strategische Ziele in konkrete Roadmaps.

Du verstehst Growth nicht als isolierte Marketing-Disziplin, sondern alscross-funktionale Steuerungsaufgabe, die datenbasiert, priorisiert und wirkungsorientiert arbeitet – mit klaren KPIs und messbarem Impact.

Mit diesen Aufgaben trägst Du zum Erfolg bei

Cross-Functional Growth Orchestration

Zentrale Koordination von Wachstums- und Marketinginitiativen in NL, BE und Lux
Abstimmung von Prioritäten, Timelines und Verantwortlichkeiten mit Marketing, Customer Acquisition, CRM, Onsite/UX sowie Sales

Planung, Priorisierung & Steuerung

Übersetzung strategischer Ziele in klare Initiativen, Briefings und Umsetzungs-Roadmaps
Priorisierung von Maßnahmen, Monitoring des Fortschritts und proaktive Lösung von Blockern

Kampagnen-Lokalisierung & Marktrelevanz

Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Lokalisierung von Kampagnen mit Blick auf kulturelle Relevanz
Optimierung der Maßnahmen auf Basis von Performance-Daten und lokalem Marktverständnis

Performance Monitoring & Insights

Tracking relevanter KPIs über Kanäle hinweg
Ableitung datenbasierter Handlungsempfehlungen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung

Stakeholder- & Partner-Management

Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie externen Agenturen
Sicherstellung von Zielklarheit, Alignment und termingerechter Umsetzung

Reporting & Kommunikation

Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über Fortschritt, Learnings und Impact
Aufbereitung strukturierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für relevante Stakeholder

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Marketing, Economics oder vergleichbar
3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Growth, Performance Marketing, Business Development oder einer vergleichbaren cross-funktionalen Rolle
Erfahrung in der Koordination komplexer Initiativen über mehrere Teams hinweg
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit KPI-Logiken
Erfahrung im internationalen oder Multi-Market-Umfeld von Vorteil
Muttersprachliches Niveau in Niederländisch (Dutch) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Hohe regionale Flexibilität mit regelmäßiger Präsenz im Raum Amsterdam / Noord-Holland
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Ownership-Mindset

What is the job about?

Cross-Functional Growth Orchestration

Act as central coordinator for growth initiatives across NL, BE, and Lux
Align priorities, timelines, and responsibilities across Marketing, Customer Acquisition, CRM, Onsite/UX, and Sales

Planning, Prioritization & Steering

Translate strategic objectives into clear initiatives and execution roadmaps
Set priorities, monitor progress, and proactively remove roadblocks

Campaign Localization & Market Relevance

Support ideation and localization of campaigns to ensure cultural fit
Use performance insights and local knowledge to maximize impact

Performance Monitoring & Insights

Track key KPIs across channels
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations

Stakeholder & Partner Management

Coordinate collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
Ensure clarity on objectives, deliverables, and timelines

Reporting & Communication

Prepare structured updates and decision-ready summaries
Communicate progress, learnings, and business impact

We'd love to hear from you if you have

Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, business development, or a comparable cross-functional role
Proven experience coordinating initiatives across multiple teams
Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven thinking
Experience in international or multi-market environments is a plus
Native-level Dutch proficiency and strong English skills
High regional flexibility with regular presence in the Amsterdam / Noord-Holland area
Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven working style
