Head of Programme Finance

Qualifications, Experience & Technical Competencies

• University degree

• 10+ years’ experience working in finance and programme delivery for an NGO and/or large complex organisation

• Working level of English and French

• Proven skills in team management, stakeholder management, financial planning and monitoring, complex financial analysis and reporting, and improving financial management systems and processes

• High computer literacy, Microsoft Office (Excel)

• Resourceful, resilient, and solution-focused team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Maintains strict confidentiality and high accuracy in data handling.

• Enjoys challenges, works hard to achieve objectives, and can prioritize to meet deadlines.
