The Wohnanlage „An der Praunheimer Mühle“ is an established residential facility of Praunheimer Werkstätten gGmbH in Frankfurt-Praunheim and offers living space for 46 people in five residential groups, spread across four houses. The residential facility sees itself as a living, inclusive place to live that focuses on self-determination, participation, and a secure environment for the residents.

It also provides a home for people with special protection needs or very high support requirements.

In addition, there are on-site services for seniors and for people who do not live in the residential facility, as well as opportunities for individual daily activities.

Leitung Wohneinrichtung (m/w/d) 39 hours per week, permanent

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the new participation planning process in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Participation Act (SGB IX) and other legal requirements and internal regulations
• Assumption of professional, organizational, disciplinary, and economic responsibility for the residential facility
• Participation in the further development of new assistance models and concepts
• Participation in committees and cooperation with other providers, cooperation partners, and stakeholders in the district or social area
• Personnel responsibility

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Work, state-recognized Social Pedagogy, or Bachelor/Master in Social Work
• At least 3 years of professional experience in social practice
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Knowledge of social management
• Basic knowledge of social law
• "Connext-Vivendi knowledge" is desirable
• Leadership skills that you want to contribute profitably to a team
• Positive attitude towards people with disabilities
• Experience and expertise in working with people with support needs
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, reliability, and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills with employees, clients, and network partners
• Knowledge of collegial counseling and ability to conduct discussions
• Ability to make decisions and act, even in stressful situations
• Willingness to reflect
• Team, conflict, and criticism skills
