Als Logistics & Customs Coordinator (all gender) bei E-Lyte übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Steuerung unserer Warenströme – von der Lieferorganisation über die Verzollung bis zur Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Dienstleistern. Dabei verbindest du Organisationstalent mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für logistische Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass alles zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist.

Deine Themenschwerpunkte

Eigenständige Organisation und Steuerung von Warenlieferungen im In- und Ausland
Import- und Zollabwicklung inklusive Erstellung aller relevanten Zoll- und Versanddokumente
Meldungen bei Warenein- und -ausfuhr unter Einhaltung aller rechtlichen Vorgaben
Abwicklung von Wareneingängen und -ausgängen sowie Termin- und Kostenkontrolle
Pflege logistischer Stammdaten und Dokumentationen in SAP Business One
Kommunikation mit Speditionen und Dienstleistern inkl. Auswahl, Freigabe und Bewertung
Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Kosten und Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Logistikanalysen
Interne Ansprechperson für logistische Fragestellungen (z. B. Incoterms)
Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
Koordination von Besucherempfang und Vor-Ort-Warenübergaben (z. B. Münster oder Kaiserslautern)

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen
Praxiserfahrung in Logistik, Import und Verzollung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (Business One) und Microsoft Office
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität

Your mission

Are you ready to apply your experience in logistics and customs and actively shape operational processes?

As a Logistics & Customs Coordinator (all gender) at E-Lyte, you will play a key role in managing our goods flows – from organizing deliveries and handling customs clearance to coordinating with international service providers. You combine strong organizational skills with a solid understanding of logistics processes, ensuring that everything is in the right place at the right time.

Your key topics

Independent organization and coordination of domestic and international shipments
Import and customs clearance, including preparation of all relevant customs and shipping documents
Handling import and export declarations in compliance with legal requirements
Processing of goods receipts and goods issues, including delivery date and cost control
Maintenance of logistics master data and documentation in SAP Business One
Communication with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and service providers, including selection, approval, and evaluation
Monitoring delivery schedules and costs, as well as conducting ad-hoc logistics cost analyses
Acting as an internal point of contact for logistics-related questions (e.g. Incoterms)
Supporting management with administrative and organizational tasks
Coordination of visitor reception and on-site handover of goods (e.g. Münster or Kaiserslautern)

Your profile

Completed vocational training, e.g. as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist
Practical experience in logistics, import, and customs clearance
Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
Confident user of SAP (Business One) and Microsoft Office
Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style
Strong organizational skills, communication ability, and a hands-on mentality
