Your Tasks

At our Hamburg office, you will have the opportunity to experience HR business from both a strategic and operational perspective. As a working student, you will gain exciting insights into a broad and diverse HR landscape - all within a committed and collaborative team.

Your responsibilities:

Support our HR Business Partner in day-to-day activities
Assist in advising employees and managers on HR-related topics
Prepare and consolidate key HR data into reports to support HR and management decisions
Create presentations for various HR initiatives
Take ownership of managing our Working Student Community
Contribute to exciting HR projects and bring in your own ideas

Your Profile

You are enrolled as a student (Bachelor or Master), ideally in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
You are passionate about HR topics and eager to gain hands-on experience
You have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
You enjoy creating presentations and contributing new ideas
You have some initial experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP)
You speak German and English fluently
You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner
Team spirit and strong communication skills complete your profile

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.100 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.
