Job Description
Join our Project Development Team!
You will focus on managing the development of solar PV and battery storage projects in Germany, covering all stages from land-secured status to ready-to-build (RTB), including permitting and communication with grid operators. Additionally, you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, optimize project processes, and ensure efficient collaboration and documentation across teams.
Initially you will be working on the projects in the area of Schleswig-Holstein, Kiel, Flensburg.
The role involves leading the development of solar PV and battery storage projects in Germany, ensuring their progression from origination to ready-to-build while overseeing budgets, schedules, and project deliverables. You will also play a key role in enhancing collaboration among internal teams and stakeholders.
What you will work on:
- Managing the development of solar PV and battery storage projects in Germany
- Taking overall responsibility for the development of German projects through to ready-to-build (RTB)
- Managing permitting activities (solar, BESS, and grid connection) and securing grid capacity, including coordinating grid connection solutions
- Taking overall responsibility for development budgets, schedules, and project deliverables
- Coordinating collaboration between the local development team, German regional management, and other internal stakeholders
