Design, develop, and integrate advanced ATM systems, ensuring that all components work seamlessly to meet performance and safety standards
Lead the specification process, defining clear, complete, and traceable system and operational requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document system requirements, interface specifications, and design protocols, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory guidelines.
Work closely with software, hardware, and operational teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and maintain overall system reliability
Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive iterative enhancements to ensure long-term system performance and compliance

Strong operational knowledge of air traffic control, with an understanding of ATM operational concepts, workflows, and stakeholder interactions.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Air Traffic Management systems and the regulatory landscape, providing a solid foundation for innovative system development
Exceptional analytical abilities with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges and optimizing system performance in safety-critical environments
Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective teamwork
