Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to identify and develop expansion potential., Drive high-impact workshops to identify new use cases, value opportunities, and shared goals., Own the execution of strategic expansion plans for key accounts along the full sales cycle., Build trusted partnerships across customer organizations, navigating various stakeholders and decision-makers and position Tanso as their strategic partner in sustainability., Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting and reporting on expansion opportunities in CRM., Ensure seamless handover to the Customer Success Manager., Customize Tanso’s value proposition to evolving customer needs and stakeholder priorities., Act as a consultative advisor, guiding customers through internal alignment and budget allocation for expansion projects., Address objections with confidence and navigate complex buying processes in an enterprise context., Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Product and Climate Intelligence to ensure a frictionless experience across implementation, strategic and commercial discussions., Test, iterate, and scale best practices for driving expansions within existing customers., Build playbooks, templates, and frameworks to embed expansion as a repeatable, scalable process
