Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (incl. business roles, data design) in the context of the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under the leadership of deputy/hub process owners, Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modeling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization, such as SAP ePP/DS, IBP, and others, and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, like data cleansing, Provide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modeling, data cleansing, …), Generate process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes, Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system, Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by the regional hub lead, also across SBUs/segments), Contribute, as organized by the training lead, to the creation of training materials, and, if required, support end-user training, Actively drive Change and Communication activities. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote the transformation agenda. Manage change proactively by engaging stakeholders and facilitating adaptation to new processes and systems. Prepare training materials and actively train key users and further stakeholders.
