Support one of carbmee’s co-founder and delivery / FDE team in the execution of enterprise customer projects, Contribute hands-on to implementation and rollout activities, working with customer data, systems, and processes, Help structure, document, and improve delivery processes, Act as a connector between customers, delivery, product, and engineering teams, Analyze operational and technical challenges and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions, Take ownership of smaller projects or workstreams and gradually expand responsibility, Support preparation of customer meetings, project tracking, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution, Identify recurring patterns and bottlenecks in delivery and help drive continuous improvement, This is not a purely strategic role - you will be close to execution, customers, and real delivery pressure., Help ensure smooth, high-quality deployments by supporting structured execution, Contribute to faster time-to-value for enterprise customers, Enable delivery teams to focus on impact by improving processes and removing friction, Translate complex technical and operational topics into clear, actionable outcomes, Build trust with internal and external stakeholders through reliability and ownership
