Own and develop existing product data and tooling landscape (PIM, shop system, search and recommendation engines), Improve search and recommendation performance to enhance UX and conversion, Ensure consistent, high-quality product data across all platforms and tools, Define, implement, and continuously optimize country-specific sorting logic, curated landing pages, and merchandising strategies, Act as a strategic interface between product, engineering, and external partners, Lead and develop the team responsible for product discovery and merchandising execution
