Take responsibility for the planning, management, and execution of conferences, trade fairs, and other event formats for clients in the institutional environment, such as ministries – analog, hybrid, or digital., Be responsible for commercial project management, calculate offers, plan budgets, and keep track of timings, quality, and economic efficiency at all times., Manage events from the initial idea to successful implementation, setting the direction for the project., Develop concepts, make decisions, and ensure successful realization together with the team., Advise clients on event formats, develop solutions for complex requirements together, and accompany projects as the central point of contact throughout the entire project duration., Bring all stakeholders together – and achieve the goal together: Coordinate all parties involved, from internal teams to partners and service providers, to achieve a cohesive overall result., Work closely with colleagues from conception, text, design, and production to jointly develop events that are convincing in content and professionally implemented., Be regularly on-site at events and take overall operational control., Remain composed even in dynamic situations and ensure that everything runs smoothly., Actively contribute knowledge as an experienced team member, support colleagues in their development, and help shape the further development of the team and working methods.
