Responsible for the stable operation and continuous development of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module., Management and execution of incident, problem management, and ticket monitoring (focus 3rd Level), as well as coordination of external service providers., Planning, coordination, and execution of releases and management of system changes., Analysis, design, and implementation of process and system changes, including customizing, authorization, and role management., Close collaboration with HR departments for requirements gathering, advising on system possibilities, and providing ongoing support for key users., Planning, execution, and quality assurance of mass uploads, including data validation and error analysis., Control of change requests, data migrations, and data corrections in compliance with defined governance and compliance requirements., Maintenance and further development of system and process documentation, as well as ensuring a transparent knowledge base.
