Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs that reflect regulatory requirements, particularly SOX and ITGC frameworks, ensuring full alignment with D2C business regulations., Oversee and coordinate internal compliance activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating communication among various stakeholders., Liaise with external consulting firms to provide expertise, and insights, and support in compliance audits and assessments., Conduct regular compliance training and awareness programs for employees to foster understanding of compliance policies and procedures., Monitor compliance risks and control effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed., Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and relevant regulatory bodies., Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive compliance readiness, especially during the IPO process., Stay informed of emerging IT risks, cybersecurity trends and updates in regulatory guidance affecting ITGC and D2C Digital businesses.
