Develop and refine the visual brand world of Pumpkin Organics across all touchpoints., Independently conceptualize creative approaches for campaigns – from performance ads, social organic assets to packaging and POS., Develop scalable creative concepts for our performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, etc.) and optimize them based on data., Be responsible for the visual quality of our online shop (banners, product presentations, landing pages)., Create designs and final artwork for packaging, print materials, and digital assets, and contribute your experience in print pre-press., Work closely with Marketing and E-commerce, constructively question briefings, and contribute your own ideas., Take project responsibility from briefing to final implementation (print & digital)., Provide creative feedback, elevate the visual standard within the team, and ensure brand consistency., Support the management of junior profiles.
