Support the team throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, on- & offboarding, feedback sessions, Assist with administrative duties such as monthly HR reporting, preparation of employment certificates, maintenance of personnel files and data (HRIS: Personio) and related documentation, Contribute to the creation and standardisation of internal HR templates, guidelines and policies, Support in scheduling, coordinating and conducting candidate interviews (especially for working student positions), Support with internal and external meeting- and event organisation, e.g. career fair participation, hosting visits of external student groups, quarterly student meetings, Own smaller projects in HR context, Support with general office duties
