Responsibility for occupational health and safety (H&S) topics in our wind energy projects (onshore and/or offshore) and management and supervision of external service providers, Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of H&S concepts for the construction, service, and operational phases of wind turbines, Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements (e.g., ArbSchG, DGUV, BaustellV, and international standards), Review and evaluation of risk assessments, particularly concerning work at height (e.g., GWO, PPE against falls), work on electrical systems (HV/LV), crane and lifting operations, and construction site and offshore risks, Planning and execution of training, instruction, and safety briefings, Organization and support of audits, site inspections, and safety walks, Analysis of work accidents, near misses, and safety-relevant incidents, and derivation and follow-up of appropriate measures, Close cooperation with project management, technical departments, external partners, authorities, and professional associations, Functioning as an interface and sparring partner for HR, particularly in the further development of safety culture and organizational H&S topics – depending on the structure, as a staff unit or within the HR department, Creation of reports, KPIs, and management reviews in the area of Health & Safety
