Develop and execute EMEA go-to-market and sales strategies for direct and channel business, including pipeline building, forecasting, and performance management (CRM, MBR/QBR)., Drive the full direct sales cycle: identify and qualify leads, prepare proposals, conduct technical product demos (e.g., bioreactors, controllers, sensors), negotiate, and close deals., Build, onboard, and manage channel partners across EMEA, including contracts, targets, enablement, and partner programs (pricing/discounts, deal registration)., Provide ongoing partner support through technical and commercial training, co-selling, joint customer visits, and assistance with quotations and tenders., Deliver technical sales support and applications consulting for upstream bioprocessing (e.g., aeration/agitators, pH/DO control, PAT, scale-up) in cell culture and microbial fermentation, in close collaboration with internal experts., Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including technical presentations, posters, live demos, and systematic lead follow-up., Manage complex quotations, proposals, and tenders, including technical specifications, compliance topics, and contract negotiations in alignment with Legal and Finance., Develop and grow key accounts through strategic account plans, cross-/upselling initiatives, and close collaboration with Service/After-Sales, while feeding market and customer insights into Product Management and Marketing.
