Assume strategic and operational responsibility for the Operations division., Lead and further develop the department while ensuring top-notch support, security, and compliance., Be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of 7 employees, thereby overseeing all key operational processes., Establish yourself as a confident advisor and driver of ideas for the executive leadership and actively contribute to the development of our operational excellence., Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and negotiate employment contracts., Drive organizational development, customer processes, and unified standards by applying suitable methods and tools., Establish support and communication guidelines, ensure 24/7 operations and on-call services, and implement security and compliance measures., Organize and oversee all necessary actions to achieve and maintain certifications and comply with legal regulations, such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, PCI DSS, NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, and internal Siemens Security Regulations., Prioritize strategic initiatives, define escalation processes and levels, and act as the central escalation point for customers and partners., Conduct regular alignment meetings., Take responsibility for the core KPIs of your role: availability, security level, customer approval and satisfaction, and compliance., Collaborate closely with the Head of Development and the Head of IT.
