You are responsible for the comprehensive risk management of Hubject FS, covering both non-financial risks (i.e. operational, ICT, outsourcing, etc.) and financial risks, formulating processes and measures to minimize these risks., You lead the institution’s outsourcing and further outsourcing management, supporting departments in the continuous identification, assessment, and monitoring of associated risks., You maintain and further develop the company’s risk control system, including all related processes, policies, and guidelines, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks such as ZAG MaRisk., You are responsible for creating regular risk analyses, including outsourcing risk assessments, operational resilience (DOR) assessments, financial risk reports, and structured governance reporting for internal decision-making bodies., You work closely with the Information Security Officer (ISO) of Hubject GmbH to ensure a coordinated approach to ICT security risk management and resilience across internal and outsourced services., You coordinate actively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure operational resilience, risk transparency, and effective risk mitigation in all critical and important business areas., You contribute to internal and external audits, BaFin inspections, and governance meetings, providing professional risk reporting and proactive recommendations.
