Full P&L responsibility for the service sites within your region., Overseeing the delivery of all activities under the Service Contracts., Leading and developing the team., Ensuring the effective overall management of the business., Leading the Service Managers across the wind farms and ensuring they have the optimal conditions to effectively guide their teams., Continuously creating a work environment where everyone is 'safe and well'., Advancing development goals, with a particular emphasis on attracting, retaining, and developing the right staff., Developing prosperous partnerships with internal and external stakeholders., Ensuring that health, safety, and environmental policies are implemented, maintained, and updated in line with local regulations., Delivering a high-quality customer experience and promoting a cohesive strategy for customers and operations across the cluster., Creating high-quality delivery through mid- and long-term strategies, while managing regional P&L performance, KPIs, turnover, and budgets for NCE Service Offshore activities., Making investment proposals to improve the Service Offshore Organization and safeguard effective deployment of resources, processes and procedures and actively support business activities to increase operational and financial efficiency., Staying informed about developments in the wind and sustainable energy market, particularly within Offshore Service.
