Month 3 (Ramp-up)

• You understand our data landscape and key sources and navigate them confidently.
• You've built your first dashboards and reports that a team uses right away.
• You've built relationships with the key stakeholders and know who needs which numbers.

Month 6 (Performance)

• Reliable dashboards and KPIs run across several departments, and you maintain them independently.
• You answer ad-hoc questions quickly and soundly — and your analyses feed into real decisions.
• Data quality and clean definitions are in place; teams trust your numbers.

Month 12 (Scale)

• There's a shared, reliable data foundation (a "single source of truth") for the company's key metrics.
• Recurring reporting is automated or available as self-service, so teams can help themselves.
• You're the go-to person for analytics questions and deliver forecasts and trend analyses that go beyond plain reporting.

Who We Are Looking For

• Analyst: SQL and advanced Excel are your craft. You model data and build dashboards in common BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or Looker) — with 2–5 years of experience in data, reporting or BI.
• Data detective: You find trends, opportunities and inefficiencies in large data sets that others miss — and you dig into an anomaly until you understand its cause.
• Translator: You turn business questions into analysis and analysis back into clear, understandable insights — including for non-technical stakeholders.
• Precision: Your numbers have to be right. Data quality and clean definitions aren't a nice-to-have for you, they're the foundation for everything else.
• Business thinker: You connect data to business goals and deliver "so what" insights decisions can rest on — not just reports.
• Owner: You take ownership, work in a structured way and bring order to an environment where a lot is still taking shape.

Bonus: Knowledge of Python or R, experience with ETL/data pipelines and cloud data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery or Snowflake), a basic understanding of statistics and forecasting, and experience in the energy sector or another data-heavy, regulated industry.
