As a Customer Support Specialist you’ll focus on delivering world-class support to our customers. You’ll play a central role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers while contributing to our mission to revolutionise the energy industry.
What you'll do
- Customer support across channels: Build strong, lasting relationships with Tibber customers through phone, chat and email.
- Problem solving and technical support: Research and resolve questions quickly, from app issues and charger integrations to billing, contracts and account updates. Keep accurate records in our CRM.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Support, Sales, Technical Support and Back Office to keep the customer journey smooth.
- Product and energy expertise: Build deep knowledge of Tibber’s products, services and technology. Help customers find ways to save energy and see how Tibber contributes to sustainability.
- Quality and improvement: Contribute to team KPIs and help improve workflows. Be the voice of the customer by turning what you hear into feedback that improves our products and services.
What we're looking for
We don’t expect the perfect profile, but it would look something like this:
- Experience in customer service/support/operations with strong problem-solving skills, from technical troubleshooting to in-depth billing support.
- A customer-oriented mentality and an empathetic attitude. You enjoy helping!
- Clear, professional and empathetic communication, written and verbal. Due to the specialization on the German market, tickets (or messages) and general customer communication is mostly in German and our business language is English, fluency in both languages is a requirement.
- Technical literacy. You’re comfortable in a technology-driven environment, learn new tools quickly and easily adapt to new ways of working.
- An interest in smart energy products, a belief that sustainability matters in business, and a drive to improve how we work.
