We offer a full-time or part-time position with 35–40 hours per week. Depending on the area of responsibility, working hours start at 7:45 or 8:00 am.

Your Responsibilities

General office duties, e.g. reception services, welcoming visitors in person and by phone, correspondence, incoming mail and filing
Administrative tasks in the school environment, e.g. attendance management, maintaining student files and records, the student database and school intranet

Annual and ongoing calculation of school fees and accounts receivable management
Supporting the school principals with organisational and administrative tasks
Supporting the organisation and preparation of school festivals and other school events
