You are the first point of contact for all service providers around the office
The office management as well as the management around the seminar rooms are your responsibility

What you bring to the table

Completed commercial training with 2 – 3 years of professional experience in school administration or completed training as an administrative assistant
Knowledge of exam procedures
Experience in cooperation with the State Offices for Schools and Education
Good MS Office skills and quality management experience
A natural, friendly and helpful nature as well as an independent, systematic and structured way of working
Customer, team and service orientation
