You will independently manage our projects across various European markets, keeping a close eye on timelines, budgets, and quality.
On our construction sites, you coordinate relevant stakeholders, conduct site meetings, and ensure reliable follow-up on open issues and agreed actions.
As a central point of contact, you ensure transparent and purposeful collaboration between customers, partners, and internal teams.
Claim management is also part of your responsibilities: you identify deviations and project risks early on and follow up on them consistently.
By closely monitoring the execution of PBT’s contracts, you contribute to smooth and reliable project delivery.
Regular travel to our European project sites allows you to stay close to the projects, support important decisions on site, and maintain a clear overview of the project status.

You speak and write French and Spanish fluently and also have a good command of German or English for communication within our international organization.
A degree or comparable qualification in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field forms the foundation of your expertise.
With at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, you are familiar with the requirements of complex technical projects, ideally in an international environment.
Technical concepts are not just theory to you – you know how to apply your expertise confidently in day-to-day project work and on construction sites.
