You will take a leading role in the delivery of a flagship project in Germany, located in the vicinity of Berlin:

~200 MWp utility-scale solar PV plant

~100 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)

~150 MVA MV/HV substation

This project represents a highly integrated, multi-scope construction environment with significant technical and interface complexity.

Your key responsibilities:

Full responsibility for execution of all on-site construction activities across PV, BESS and substation scopes, acting as single point of accountability on site
Drive and control construction progress, schedule and sequencing, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones and overall project timeline
Lead and coordinate all contractors, subcontractors and site teams, managing interfaces across all disciplines and work packages
Manage on-site stakeholders (e.g. landowners, neighbours, authorities as required), ensuring smooth site operations and minimising external disruptions
Identify and resolve construction-related issues and constraints proactively, taking hands-on decisions within defined project boundaries
Ensure structured progress tracking and reporting, providing transparency on performance, risks and deviations
