At Helios Klinikum Duisburg, we are offering you a permanent full-time position as a ward secretary (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What to expect

• Support in the organization and coordination of ward processes
• Patient acceptance and registration in the system, administration of patient records
• Organization of transports in case of discharge/transfer
• Preparation and follow-up for examinations, diagnostic interventions and therapeutic measures
• Computer-aided administration and secretarial tasks
• Material management and orders

What you bring to the table

• You have completed vocational training as a registered nurse or nurse (m/f/d)
• You have a high degree of empathy in dealing with patients, especially tumor patients and their relatives
• You enjoy acting independently and have organizational talent and innovative thinking
• You see yourself as part of the team
