As soon as possible, we are looking for you as Team Leader Complaints MD Proceedings and MD Administration (m/f/d) for the Medical Controlling department.

What to expect

Personnel and organizational management of the team
Support of the cluster management, the management and the specialist departments in decision-making processes for strategic development
Co-responsibility for the further development of the team
Ensuring the timely processing of MD enquiries, health insurance enquiries, legal proceedings in compliance with the specified deadlines
Organisation and implementation of internal further education and training courses - within the department and for the specialist departments of the clinic
Process optimization in day-to-day business

What you bring to the table

You have successfully completed medical, commercial or nursing training or a corresponding degree or have a comparable qualification
You can look back on several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector
You have extensive knowledge of the G-DRG system and the associated regulations
You are confident in using common MS Office applications and ideally familiar with SAP, Medico, QlikView, AMONDIS, database systems, etc
Conscientiousness and organizational talent are just as much prerequisites as a service-oriented personality
Extensive knowledge of the PrüfvV with all important legal bases and requirements
Strong negotiation skills
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
