About the role

As our Working Student – Talent and Operations, you will support the People, Operations & Talent Acquisition functions. You will be based in our Berlin office, working alongside our People Operations team on in-person office tasks. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes structure, keeps things moving, and wants a close look at how People & Operations works in a fast-growing AI company while working closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

What you will do

Talent Acquisition support

Process inbound applications in our ATS (Personio) and keep candidate records clean and up to date
Coordinate the candidate journey end-to-end, ensuring timely interview scheduling and clear communication on next steps to maintain a smooth and positive candidate experience
Manage the careers inbox and respond to candidate questions
