The Kinderkrippe Mühlbachhopser offers loving and professional care for children aged 1 to 3 years. As part of the Eltern-Kind-Zentrum Offenburg e.V. (EKiZ), the focus is on a family atmosphere and individual support for each child. The nursery offers space for up to 30 children, which enables attentive and personal care.

The mission of the Kinderkrippe Mühlbachhopser is to improve the living situation of families, in particular by providing high-quality care and early childhood education. The goal is to create a safe and stimulating environment in which children feel comfortable and can develop optimally.

A structured daily routine with fixed rituals gives the children security and orientation. The children benefit from consistent group structures that convey a feeling of security. Participation is very important, so that the children can actively explore their environment and develop freely.

Movement plays a central role in the development of children. The natural urge to move is integrated into everyday nursery life, and regular excursions into the surrounding area enable the children to discover their environment. A newly designed outdoor area also offers a variety of opportunities for exercise in the fresh air.

A healthy and balanced diet is also an important part of the concept. A freshly prepared lunch is offered daily by an in-house cook. In the morning and afternoon there are healthy snacks.

The Kinderkrippe Mühlbachhopser attaches great importance to close cooperation with the parents. Regular parents' evenings offer the opportunity for exchange and active participation in nursery life. As a non-profit association, the nursery is dependent on the help of parents, who can get involved through association hours.
